ColdAged Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery time:

• Standard (USPS or UPS): 3–7 business days

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand globally in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped, but we’re happy to help. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at contact@coldaged.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
